The property is definitely a little old but the cleanliness and comfort compensates! The property was really close to the tube station, local stores, restaurants, and more. We really got the feeling of how residents in London truly live as this hotel is near other residential areas. Staff were incredibly helpful as they always fulfilled our requests. Property didnt have A/C but London is such a chilly city. With the fans that they provided and opening the windows, we were all set. Such a cute little neighborhood and for the price I say it is worth it.

Location is really good! It's in a pretty nice and quite neighborhood. Yet, a tube station is only 3 min away. Very easy to get to major tourist attractions like buckingham palace, westminster bridge, borough market even without changing line. Overground station to Euston is also within walkable distance. Nearby also are a tesco and some fast food restaurants which can come in really convenient. My room is spacious (I got an upgrade), free tea bags and instant coffee, and the staff is nice and helpful.

Zhenyuan

The room was fine and comfortable and well serviced each day. I only had breakfast on one day but that had everything needed and the dining area was very pleasant. The location was excellent, although I didn't realise on the first day that you could walk through to the Tube at the end of the road, I thought it was a dead end. Perhaps a little more information on arrival about the surrounding area and access to the tube would be helpful.

We were upgraded to a family suite - it had old-fashioned furniture and high ceilings. And a full size desk, making it easy to get some work done.
